Hilton Summit Resort Reservation Process and Information

*If you or a guest would like to request a different unit type not currently available on the booking link, or if you want to request an additional night, please call the above phone number and indicate that you are with the Arizona Sister Cities group and ask for the best rate which may or may not be the rooms that we have held.

Additional Information

· Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.  Early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed.  If any guest requires a guaranteed early check in, they must also book the day before their expected arrival.

· Valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee reservations at the time of booking.

· A valid credit card or debit card will be required at check- in to cover nightly room rate, taxes, fees, and a $200 deposit for incidentals. Checks and/or cash will not be accepted at the front desk.

· At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made and the name on the credit card provided at check-in.

· Each guest room is required to have one adult (21 years of age or older) check-in and occupy the room throughout entire stay.

· 48 Hour Cancelation Policy: We must be contacted 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to cancel or modify your reservation to avoid a first night’s room and tax penalty to the individual.

· No Shows: A no-show reservation will be charged first night's room and tax to the individual.

· Daily housekeeping is not available; however, towels and tidies are available upon request at the front desk.

· Any location requests and other special requests you may have will be noted to your reservation, but cannot be guaranteed.

· Group code will be inactive starting on Cut-Off Date of October 18, 2024.  

Reservations and modifications must be received prior to Cut-Off Date for group availability.
