Executive Director artsPlace

 Jeremy has been Canmore, Canada’s artsPlace Executive Director since January 2015, overseeing its opening and growth. He has worked in the  non-profit arts sector his entire working career and is passionate about the vital role that the arts and creativity play in the development of any vibrant  community.

 A graduate of the Schulich  School of Business (York  University) MBA Program  with a specialization in  Arts and Media  Administration, he spent  over 17 years as Director  of Marketing at the  Canadian Opera Company  where he was part of the  senior management team  that oversaw the building  and opening of Canada's  first purpose-built oper house, the Four Seasons  Centre for the Performing Arts. He also served as Managing Director of  Autumn Leaf Performance, and General Manager of Solar Stage theatre  company both in Toronto. 

Director of JDK Cultural Center, Jasło, Poland 

Elwira Musiałowicz-Cozzi, born in Jasło, is the director of the Jasło  Cultural Center (JDK) since August  1, 2023. She holds an MBA from  WSB-NLU and previously worked  at the Youth Cultural Center,  Television Obiektyw, and as an  advisor in the Podkarpackie  Regional Office. 

As Vice Mayor of Jasło (2015-2023), she oversaw  cultural institutions. Passionate  about fostering artistic sensitivity, she aims to expand JDK’s role as an educational and cultural hub for the community. “I strive to ensure that the workshops, activities, and initiatives we offer  inspire people to develop their skills and cultural knowledge, and perhaps  even discover a new sensitivity to art within themselves.”

Łukasz Żyra is an experienced business leader  and EU grants specialist. He co-founded York  Industries Europe and Centrum  Przedsiębiorczości, overseeing operations,  marketing, and funding strategies. 

As a  consultant, he has helped businesses secure  nearly $100 million in EU grants. His expertise  includes regional development, digital  marketing, and cross-border cooperation. With a  Master’s in Economy and International  Relations from Cracow University, he has  worked with municipalities, ministries, and  private enterprises to drive economic growth  and innovation
